The perfect gift for birthdays or a treat for yourself. I use genuine gemstones set in sterling silver and only compromise this rule for the super expensive gems where I use laboratory grown versions (chemically, physically, and optically identical to natural gemstones, sharing the exact same crystal structure, hardness, and brilliance). These will be clearly marked.
